Do you have printing problems with Smartsource coupons?

printing probIf you are having problems printing from Smartsource, I am hoping I can help.

Watch and listen to me explain how to remove your OLD Java program and re-install a newer version + change your default print font sizes to help with printing problems that make your font either too big, or not legible.

If you have ANY other problems other than the ones listed in this post, please post below and I will inform the team at Smartsource what your problems are

* Thanks Carol – another fix to font problem I am told is to do this (Windows Users) – Control panel > search “font size” > click on result “adjust font size (DPI) > select default scale.

    I have a mac. I love my mac, but I have NEVER been able to take advantage of printable smart source coupons. 🙁 I have wasted a lot of paper and ink trying too.

    I would like to go to the link above but I get this message: The address wasn’t understood Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because the protocol (c) isn’t associated with any program.

    I have a mac as well, but I have no problems with smart source but I can’t print websaver coupons which is very frustrating!

    I followed step by step. re did my java, set my encoding to auto detect, and its still printing the same way with the year of the expiry not legible, and half of the word “coupon” cut off.

    These are the responses that I received from SmartSource customer support regarding my problems printing a coupon. No matter what I wrote or how detailed I explained the situation they never seem to read my problem- they just copy and paste answers from their troubleshooting FQ section of their site. I give up with SmartSource!

If you share a computer with other users, they could have used those prints already. Also, offers can expire if the total number that the manufacturer made available has been met. This can be the case with popular items. Does this explanation help? If not, send us a message about your problem concerning a specific coupon. In that case, there will be a message after the printing screen that tells you if an offer didn’t print for this reason, usually because it reached a print limit. If there was no message like this, then another possibility is that the coupon files exceeded the amount of processing memory you have available. Try printing fewer coupons at a time.     You usually have a second chance to print any SmartSource coupon in case the first attempt failed. We can only tell if the command to print was sent to your printer. We cannot tell if your printer completed the action. After 2 requests, a coupon is no longer available.
    Please check your printer/browser before you try printing any more.
