When trying to register on HealthyEssentials.ca it appears that you are getting an error because of the email address you are inputting (it has a red X and keeps returning you to the screen when you click continue.) There is no actual error listed.
This is due to the fact that people were automatically registered when HealthyEssentials.ca was created, because they had previously used the LivingWell.ca website previously.
In order to resolve this, you need to go to the login screen and choose ‘forgot password.’ You will be emailed a password. You can then login and reset your password.
