I have been messaging with the great people at Save.ca and they have let me know that I can tell my fans to do the following
If you are having issues with not getting coupons, you can email them directly at email@example.com, and their goal is to respond to you within 5 business days.
Within the body of the email, make sure you tell them:
1) the email address you used to register with save.ca,
2) any coupons you have not received? (ex. Kraft coupons)
